Program Description

Adult Education offers instruction and programs for adults 16 years of age or older who are not enrolled (or required to be enrolled) in secondary school; do not have a secondary diploma (or its recognized equivalent GED/HSE credential); would like to earn their High School Equivalency (formerly GED); interested in earning a certificate in a trade or vocatinal progam; or are unable to speak, read or write the English Language. Classes and services are offered at the Belleview, Sam Wolf Granite City and Red Bud campuses; the East St. Louis Higher Education Center; many extension centers throughout the district; and online.
