Program Description

The FREE programs we provide through the Adult Education Program at Sauk Valley Community College can help adults 17 years of age or older to earn a GED, improve English language skills, and transition to college or to a career.

Our Adult literacy Program, Project VITAL, is also a FREE tutoring program, which serves adults 17 years of age or older to assign them a volunteer literacy tutor who will help them to improve their reading level.

Citizenship services are offered by connecting people with an accredited representative who will give them consultation and start their process if they qualify for it. Tutoring is also available in this area.
